No, we do not accept insurance. Patients can submit claims for visits to their insurance or HSA plans for potential reimbursement. Lab work and medication can be billed to your insurance. We only manage your orders and prescriptions. We do not guarantee your coverage or that the medication will be affordable to your budget. 

Your can review information on the manufacture website and get discount card and take it to your pharmacy with your prescription. 

We will complete all necessary forms for prior authorization approval. However, we do not guarantee approval.

Yes, bloodwork performed within the last 12 months is required. We can order bloodwork for the patient if needed. Patients can choose to go to any lab covered under their program or include it in their initial consultation to avoid submitting it to insurance.

We welcome clients 18 and older who can sign their own consents.

We do not believe in strict diets or deprivation. Instead, we focus on creating healthy, balanced meal plans that are tailored to your individual needs and preferences.

We will not prescribe Zepbound® (Tirzepatide) or any GLP medications if you have the following health history: 

• Having type 1 or type 2 diabetes 
• Having a history of unstable or severe kidney disease 
• Having a history of chronic pancreatitis
• Having a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma 
• Having a personal history of multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2 
• Having had a heart attack, stroke, or hospitalization for congestive heart failure in the past 2 months 
• Having an unusual or allergic reaction to Tirzepatide, other medications, foods, dyes, or preservatives 
• Being pregnant or trying to get pregnant 
• Must be over the age of 18 and be able to sign your own consent forms
