Sleep Apnea Program Exclusions

We will not prescribe Zepbound (Tirzepatide) or any GLP medications if you have the following health history:

Having type 1 or type 2 diabetes
Having a history of unstable or severe kidney disease
Having a history of chronic pancreatitis
Having a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma
Having a personal history of multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2
Having had a heart attack, stroke, or hospitalization for congestive heart failure in the past 2 months
Having an unusual or allergic reaction to Tirzepatide, other medications, foods, dyes, or preservatives
Being pregnant or trying to get pregnant

Is there an age limit for your program?

We welcome clients 18 and older who can sign their own consents.

You must be located in a state that we service

We are currently treating patients in the following states:
